We’re very pleased to be involved with the Wakefield Festival Of Food, Drink & Rhubarb once again this year, which takes place on Friday 22nd February to Sunday 24th February 2013.
We will be staging two gigs:
Friday 22nd February join us at Esquires Coffee House, Trinity Walk, from 4pm for acoustic sessions from artists including McDylbot, William Booth and Lucy Berry. All-ages gig, bring your kids, have a coffee and chill out to:
- MCDYLBOT: A denizen of Wakefield, McDylbot (or Dyl to his friends) performs stripped down acoustic renditions of his soulful alternative rock styled songs. Dyl’s second EP, ‘The Big Fat Question Mark’ is due for release at the beginning of March, while his previous EP, ‘Enter: McDylbot’ is currently available free from mcdylbot.bandcamp.com
- WILLIAM BOOTH: A 17 year old singer/songwriter, who writes his own music taking influence from acoustic artists such as Newton Faulkner, Ryan Spendlove and Justin King.
- LUCY BERRY
- BLAZE: Blazing a trail from South Yorkshire, 5 piece rock covers band Blaze playing old and new Rock Classics, no Disco Inferno but keeping the fires of Rock burning.
Both gigs are free in.
